Ingredients:
- Fish (Aayla - Malayalam) - 2
- Chillip Powder - 2 spoons
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
- Fenugreek Powder - 1/2 spoon
- Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
- Lemon Juice or Vinegar - 1 spoon
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 3 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients (Number 2 to 8) and make a paste out of it by adding little water.
- Spread the above made paste onto the fish and marinade fishes for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Take a frying pan, put oil and shallow fry the fishes on a low-medium flame.
- Take the fried fish aside and serve it with hot rice.
