Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Methi Leaves- 1 Cup
- Onions - 1 (Medium Size)
- Tomato - 1 (Small Size)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
- Cashew Nut Paste - 2 spoons
- Green Chillies - 5
- Garam Masala - 1 spoon
- Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
- Chilli Powder - 2 spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 3 tbsp
Method:
- In a frying pan, add oil, then add onions and green chillies.
- Once onions turn transparent, add Ginger Garlic paste and turmeric powder.
- After 3 mins, add Chicken and fry it on low-medium flame for 5 mins.
- Add salt, tomato (sliced), chilli powder, 1 cup of water and cook for another 5-7 mins.
- Then add Cashewnut paste, garam masala, coriander powder, methi leaves. Mix well, close the lid and let it cook till the gravy becomes thick.
- Add coriander leaves and serve with hot rice, roti or phulka.
