Duration:20 minutes
Ingridients:
- Prawns:500gms
- Onions:1 large chopped finely
- Tomato:1 Medium Chopped finely
- Ginger Garlic Paste:3 spoons
- Coconut paste:4 spoons
- Coriander powder:2 spoons
- Red chilli powder:3 spoons
- Turmeric powder:1/2 spoon
- Mustard seeds:1/4 spoon
- Cumin seeds:1/4 spoon
- Cinnamon:1 inch size
- Coriander leaves:1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Oil:3 tbsp
Method:
- Take a frying pan,put oil in it then add Mustard seeds+Cumin seeds+Cinnamon+Onions fry till onion turns transparent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add Tomato+Turmeric powder+Salt and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add coriander powder and fry for another 2minutes,next add Prawns and chilli powder.
- After 3 minutes,put Coconut paste and fry for two minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water and cook till water evaporates.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve Hot with puri or white Rice.
