Ingredients:- Boiled potatoes:250 gms(cut into dice)
- Corn flour:2 tbspns
- Maida:2 tbspns
- Curd:1 cup
- Onions:1 quarter finely slits
- Pepper powder:2 spoons
- Green chillies:7-9 no slits
- Curry leaves:2 stems
- Garlic:8-10 finely chopped
- Egg:1 (OPTIOANAL)
- Lemon:1 full
- Ajino moto:3-4 pinches
- Garam masala:1 spoon
- Food colour:2 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
Method:
- Marinate the boiled potatoes with Corn flour+Maida+Pepper powder+Egg(vegetariens can mix with water without egg)+Ajino moto+food color+Salt.And put aside for 10 minutes and then deep fry in a oil.Put aside.
- Now in a frying pan,put oil,add garlic+green chillies+Onions+curry leaves+curd+salt+pepper powder+garam masala+Ajino moto and let it boil for a while on a high flame.
- Then add fried potatoes in that curd sauce and cook till all the curd evaporates.Once the flame is off add lemon in it.Now yummy yummy aloo 65 is ready to serve.

- Capsicum:1 no (cut into dice)
- Onions:1 small(cut into dice)
- Garlic:7-9 no finely chopped
- Corn flour:2-3 tbspns
- Egg:1 no
- Green chillies:2-3 no(cut into dice)
- Pepper powder:1 spoon
- Soya sauce:1 tbsp
- Ajino moto:4-6 pinch
- Water:1 cup
- Vinegar or Lemon:1 tbsp
- Oil :For deep fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First marinate the chicken with egg +pepper powder+salt+Ajino moto+Corn flour and put aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes deep fry the marinated chicken till the chicken is cooked.Then put aside all the fried chicken.
- Now in a frying pan,take little oil and add chopped garlic+Green chillies+Capsicum+Onions+water+salt+pepper powder+Ajino moto and let it boil for a while on a high flame.
- Later add fried chicken into the pan and stir well.Then add Soya sauce+vinegar or lemon and mix it untill maximum of the water gets evaporate.
- Then switch off the flame and serve hot with tomato sauce or garlic sauce.

- Boneless Chicken :250gms
- Refined flour:2 tbspns
- Corn flour:2 tbspns
- Egg:1 no
- Curd:1 cup
- Onions:1/2 sliced finely
- Green Chillies:5-7 no (slits)
- Garlic:10-13 no(Finely Chopped)
- Red Chilli powder:1/4 spoon
- Pepper Powder:1 1/2 spoon
- Ajino moto:2-3 pinch
- Garam Masala:1 spoon
- Red food colour:2-3 pinch
- Curry leaves:2-3 stems
- Oil for Deep fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First marinate chicken with Refined flour+Corn flour+Ajino moto+pepper powder+egg+salt and mix evenly.Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes,deep fry the marinated chicken and put aside.
- Next in a separate pan,put little oil and add Garlic+green chillies+curry leaves+onions and cook for a while.
- Once onions and garlic starts changing the colour add Curd+red chilli powder+Salt+Ajino moto+Garam masala+food colour+little pepper and stir well for 1-2 minutes.
- Later add fried chicken in it and cook till all the curd is absorbed by chicken.
- When taken out of flame add lemon to it.Yummy Yummy chicken 65 is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
- Prawns:250 gms
- Brinjal(green):2 long
- Onions:1 medium finely chopped
- Green chillies:7-10 slits
- Ginger garlic paste:1 1/2 spoon
- Raw Mango:1/2 grated
- Red chilli powder:1 1/2 spoon
- Garam masala:1/2- 1 spoon
- Turmeric powder:1/2 spoon
- Cardamom:3-4 no
- Cloves:5 no
- Cinnamom:1 inch
- Sajeera:1 spoon
- Coriander Leaves:1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Oil:2-3 tbsp
Method:
- Marinade the prawns with turmeric powder+red chilli powder+2-3 pinch of salt and fry in a oil till all the water in prawns get evaporates and put aside.
- In a frying pan put oil,add Cinnamon+sajeera+cardamom and cloves.Then add onions and green chillies in it,fry till onions turn transparent.
- Then add Ginger garlic paste+turmeric powder and fry for 2 mins.
- Then add fried prawns in it.Later add Brinjal pieces and grated mango.
- Add red chilli powder+salt and garam masala,cook for next 3 mins.Later add 1/2 cup of water and cook on a low flame for 10-15 mins.
- Later garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.

- Maida(Refined flour):1 tbsp
- Corn flour:2tbsp
- Garam Masala:1/2 spoon
- Egg:1 no
- Ginger paste:1spoon
- Garlic paste :1/2 spoon
- Turmeric Powder:1/4spoon
- Pepper Powder:1 spoon
- Red Chilli powder:1/2 spoon
- Ajino motto:2 pinches
- Food Colour:1 pinch(red)
- Salt:To taste
- Oil for deep fry
Method:
For Marination:
- Clean Drumsticks,add ginger paste+garlic paste+turmeric powder+red chilli powder+garam masala+salt to it and mix it evenly.
- And put aside for 30 minutes.
For batter:
- In a bowl put maida+corn flour+egg+salt(bit less as we already put in marination)+pepper powder+Ajino motto and Food colour.
- Mix it well by pouring little water and make very thin batter.
- Now take the marinated Drumstick and dip in thin batter and deep fry in a oil.
- After it get fried,serve hot with pudina chutney or sauce,your juicy drumstick starter is ready to eat.

Ingredients:
- Chicken Liver - 250 gms
- Onions - 1 Small (chopped)
- Green Chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
- Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
- Cumin (Jeera) Powder - 1/2 spoon
- Garam Masala - 1/2 spoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
- Curry Leaves - 1 stick
- Coriander Leaves - 1/2 bunch
- Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Salt - To Taste
Method:
- In a frying pan, add oil and heat it. After sometime, add curry leaves, onions and green chillies and fry it for 3 mins.
- Then add Ginger Garlic paste and fry till 3 mins. Add chicken liver, salt and turmeric powder to it and fry till 3 mins.
- Add Coriander powder, Cumin Powder and Garam Masala to it. Add little water and fry (on a low flame) till water evaporates.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and onions. Your Chicken Liver fry is ready to eat :)

- Prawns - 250 grams
- Onions - 1 Medium (choppped)
- Green Chillies - 10 (slits)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
- Coriander Powder - 3/4 spoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
- Curry Leaves - 1 stick
- Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
- Cloves - 3
- Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - To Taste
Method:
- Take a frying pan and add oil. Then add cinnamon, cloves, curry leaves and onions.
- After 2 mins, add the green chillies and fry till the onions turn gold in color.
- Add ginger garlic paste, and fry till 2 mins, then add prawns, salt, turmeric powder and fry till 3 mins with the lid closed.
- Then add coriander powder and fry till 2 mins. Later add 1 cup of water and cook till water evaporates. Once the gravy becomes thick, add coriander leaves to serve with hot rice.
